I fell in love with Massage Therapy in 2010 while attending Core Institute for Massage Therapy & Structural Integration in Tallahassee, Fl. Over the years, I have gained experience & honed my techniques in spa & franchise environments, as an independent contractor & mobile MT.  Aside from my basic training, I've also completed several advanced courses in Anatomy, Pathology, Physiology as well as continuing education in chronic pain management, massage for anxiety & depression, advanced deep tissue, maintain certifications for Trauma Informed Practitioner, Meditation Facilitator, Master Life Coaching & Body Mind Coaching. 

As an LMT, I love to help people feel & move like themselves again. In order to succeed in that, I quickly learned that my best approach was to scrap what I call the "cookie-cutter, conveyor belt massage". Instead, I focus on connecting with each muscle & applying my knowledge in health sciences, critical thinking, the art of massage plus a certain "touch-tuition" to remove the tension baggage, restore balance to the body & ultimately improve quality of life for my clients.
