Cancellations

If for any reason you do have to cancel your appointment, I ask that you do so with minimum 24 hour advanced notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your appointment.

No Shows

Failure to arrive without notice (aka "no shows") will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the cost of your appointment.

My Guarantee

Out of respect for my own policies as well as my client's time, these policies go both ways. If I cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, I owe it to you to discount your next massage at 50%. If I were to ever no show, your next massage would be free. 

Confidentiality

While I do keep records pertaining to all sessions & medical history, I assure you that your information will always be kept confidential & will not be sold nor shared with 3rd parties unless requested by you or required by law.

Scope of Practice

Massage Therapists are not qualified to perform spinal/ skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness & that nothing said in the course of your massages should be construed as such. Furthermore, I cannot be held liable for any possible injuries sustained if you fail to disclose any ongoing or previously known medical conditions.
